The most enjoyable thing about a Kelt 7.60 is...

John Peter Mitchell
I believe that the quality I most enjoy about my Kelt 7.60 is her wonderful ability to sail so efficiently in the very lightest of airs.  We sailors collectively marvel at our own ability to "trick" the wind into moving our 2 tons of sailboat weight by carefully, some might say artfully, trimming our sails.  This thrills us even more when we actually move our boats against the wind: that never gets old for me.  In winds of 8 knots or less, the Kelt 7.60 easily keeps pace with much longer, albeit much heavier, sailboats.  In even lighter breezes the Kelt can often ghost past such (bigger) boats.  I try not to outwardly show what a big grin I have inside me at such times.  May such joy be shared by all fellow owners of the incredible Kelt 7.60(?).
