Request for information about the Kelt 8.5 retractable keel.

Good Morning.
I have a Kelt 8.5 of retractable keel, which makes noise when the boat is snowing. The noise appears when the keel is folded. Goataria to know if it is normal or if it has any problem, and if so, if it is serious and how to solve it.
