Replaced wood block between motor mount and transom

The old block was rotten. This was a real pain in the butt. Miraculously I was able to crawl into the starboard locker to loosen/tighten nuts.

Good work Mark.  So that wood block was against your transom?  Is it your preference to have motor mounted to stbd?  Your motor is tiller control?
