Thanks for replying Mike, yes I'd seen that, trying to work out what's missing and how the rudder comes off, looks like I need to get the boat raised up to get the rudder off
Thank you very much mark, I had seen that a couple of months ago but had not connected it, thank you for the reminder, just want I need, also shows the rudder off and I suspect I do need to get the boat in the air. Considering getting a trailer made and Craning it onto a trailer to facilitate getting the clearance under the yacht

I would think you could have the boat pulled out at a boat yard and placed on it's keel. It seems you would be able to drop the rudder and do all the work you need. I think the rudder is only held on by a bolt at the top. Best of luck and let us know how it goes.
Thanks Mark. The boat is out already, we crane out for winter, wasn't sure if there's enough clearance to drop the rudder, I'll give it a try, thanks again
