Thought I'd give a free plug for boats.net. I just ordered an $8 outboard motor fuel pump diaphragm and shipping was only $1.75. I'm used to paying almost as much for shipping as the cheaper parts that I order. They also have exploded views for outboard motors which makes life so much easier: www.boats.net
